WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING?

All Bookings in our Facility include full private access to our unique Scenes.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING?

Standard bookings: Access for up to 18 people (all ages)

Production bookings: All bookings with 18-25 guests may be subject to a clean up fee.

Event: All bookings with 25-50 guests qualify as an event, All event bookings have a minimum booking time requirement of 4 Hrs

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 48 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. See Additional Terms section below for more information.

Booking is only officially cancelled once the Guest has received confirmation of the cancellation from Space F2.

To cancel a Booking, submit a request to cancel using the “Cancel Booking” designations on the Platform (mobile app or website). Cancellation requests cannot be submitted through messages, phone calls, chats, or emails to Space F2. If you are unable to locate the Cancel Booking icons on the Platform, please contact our Customer Experience Team. For calculating refunds, submitted cancellation will be confirmed upon proper submission of a cancellation request to Space F2. After submission, Space F2 may allow or require up to 48 hours to finalize the cancellation.

When approved by Space F2, a Guest or Host may have an opportunity to reschedule that Booking. Any rescheduled Bookings must be: For substantially the same duration as the original Booking, according to the Host’s approval; Confirmed prior to the original Start Time; Rescheduled for a time within 90 days of the original Start Time; and Only rescheduled once.
Rescheduled Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Any successive rescheduling attempts or failure to successfully reschedule a Booking within the conditions above will result in a cancellation of the Booking, subject to the Cancellation Fees or Fines identified in this Policy, depending on the initiating party. Rescheduling by Guests may result in additional Space F2 Service Fees.

CAN I CARRY MY UNUSED TIME OVER?

No, new month new you! We reset the clock with fresh time every month! no need to carry the baggage from the previous month

HOW MUCH IS THE MEMBERSHIP?

We have memberships starting from $19.99 a month all the way to $300. no matter what level your craft is at, we have you Covered

HOW LONG IS THE MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

As long as you want to stay, but some memberships have a minimum of 6 months commitment! make sure to check with your specific membership
